Member Reports

Mission Manager can produce detailed member reports and these reports can be customized using URL parameters. These custom reports can be added to the Links pages or general browser bookmarks. Users must be logged in for the reports to generate and only members that the current user has access to will appear on the report. Each parameter should be set to a value of 1 to turn that field on, unless noted otherwise.

The following URL parameters are supported:

name	Member's name
team	Team
rank	Rank
id	ID # of member
radio	Radio Field Name, as customized in the Configuration.
unit	Unit, as customized in the Configuration.
squad	Small Unit Group Field Name, as customized in the Configuration.
division	Large Team Group Field Name, as customized in the Configuration.
address	Member's address, if Track Member - Address? is on in the Configuration.
city	Member's address, if Track Member - Address? is on in the Configuration.
state	Member's State or Country Field Name as configured in the Configuration, if Track Member - Address? is on in the Configuration.
zip	Member's Zip or Postal Field Name as configured in the Configuration, if Track Member - Address? is on in the Configuration.
country	Member's country, if Track Member - Address? is on and Use Country field for Member address? is on in the Configuration.
homephone	Home phone number
workphone	Work phone number
mobilephone	Mobile phone number
otherphone	Other phone number
email	Member's first email address
animals	If Track Member - Animals? is on in the Configuration. This will be a list of all the animals and their certifications for each member.
certdates	All Certification Dates, if Track Member - Certifications and Expirations? is on in the Configuration.
certequipt	A summary of the Certifications Check and Equipment as configured in the Configuration, if Track Member - Certifications and Expirations? or Track Member - Equipment? is on in the Configuration.
fieldqual	A "yes" or "no" depending on if the member is Field Qualified or not.
supervisor	Member's supervisor as computed by the Supervisor Rules.
emcontact	Emergency contact name, if Track Member - Emergency Contact? is on in the Configuration.
emrelation	Emergency contact relation, if Track Member - Emergency Contact? is on in the Configuration.
emphone	Emergency contact phone number, if Track Member - Emergency Contact? is on in the Configuration.
emnotes	Notes, if Track Member - Emergency Contact? is on in the Configuration.
medications	Medications, if Track Member - Emergency Medical Information? is on in the Configuration.
allergies	Allergies, if Track Member - Emergency Medical Information? is on in the Configuration.
image	A thumbnail of the member's identification photo, if Track Member - Identification Photo? is on in the Configuration.
sort	The sort order for the report, the values can be name, lastname, squad, division, team, unit, id, or rank.
title	The title printed at the top of the report.
lines	The number of lines between page breaks. If this parameter is omitted it will default to 45.
unitlimit	Limits the printing to a single unit. The value of this parameter is the value of the unit name to be in the report. Multiple units can be printed if the desired units are separated by a |, for example: unitlimit=Canine|Medical|EMT
